Do I miss bread? Sometimes. Especially when I watch my kids down a french loaf with butter, but other than those occasions I don't feel like I am very tempted by carb heavy foods.
Sometimes, though, I want something sweet. Something that feels like a treat. I have since discovered fat bombs.
There are tons of fat bomb recipes out there. And really I just want something simple that I can make and be ready within an hour. After trying tons of different recipes, this one is by far my favorite and completely customization to personal preferences.
This recipe only has 4 ingredients.
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
- Put coconut oil and peanut butter in a microwave safe container ( I just use my Pyrex measuring cup). Microwave for 30 seconds to one minute.
- Stir until combined.
- Add cacao powder and syrup, stir until combined
- Pour into molds and freeze.
- Once solid remove from mold and place in freezer safe container. Store in freezer until ready to eat.
- Enjoy!
My mold makes 15 fat bombs.

This recipe can be changed easily by using a different nut butter, omitting the cacao if desired, or changing the flavor of the sugar free syrup. Any of these will change the nutrition facts and the flavor.
I hope you enjoy!
