Now I know that somehow meatloaf in general has got a bad rap, but I do have to say that mine is delicious! It's so good even Sidda will eat it (she is my picky eater). My secret is in the sauce that you put on top. It's a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar that really makes it stand out. Michael loves it when I make meatloaf; it's one of those meals the whole family gets excited about. It's ok to be jealous of my meatloaf.
